This popular range of Micro Turning tools embodies the craftsmanship resplendent in Robert Sorbys world renowned full size tools. The unique sizes and profiles in this series have been adapted to provide the flexibility and control essential for detail work. These tools are ideal for working on smaller lathes where the handle of a normal size tool might encounter the lathe bed during some operations.

The curved end profile makes this excellent for creating, smoothing and blending curved surfaces in bowl work, e.g. round bottomed boxes. This tool is able to take an aggressive cut, whilst retaining butterfly sensitivity for refining cuts.
